Student Analyst Supervision

Structured supervision and unrestricted fieldwork support for future BCBAs and BCaBAs who want more than checkbox supervision. This supervision pathway is designed for supervisees who want clinical reasoning, systems-building experience, ethical decision-making practice, and real-world ABA leadership preparation.
This supervision experience is built for student analysts who want to learn how to think like behavior analysts, not just collect hours. Supervisees receive structured support with unrestricted activities, clinical documentation, treatment planning, parent training, supervision systems, assessment skills, case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and ABA business/operations exposure when appropriate.
Unrestricted Fieldwork Projects
Structured project opportunities related to treatment planning, assessment review, behavior support systems, parent training materials, data analysis, clinical documentation, and program development.
Clinical Reasoning & Case Conceptualization
Guided practice with identifying behavioral patterns, developing hypotheses, reviewing data, making treatment decisions, and connecting programming to meaningful outcomes.
Supervision Systems & Leadership Development
Support for learning how to supervise ethically, provide feedback, organize clinical systems, support RBT implementation, and build accountability without losing compassion.
BCBA/BCaBA Exam & Professional Readiness
Support for developing professional judgment, behavior-analytic language, applied examples, documentation habits, ethical decision-making, and confidence entering the field.
