When the current plan is not giving enough clarity

Some seasons need more than a one-time conversation. The 21-Day Reset gives clients, caregivers, and families a structured way to track patterns, respond in the moment, and use the data to make better next-step decisions.

The Method

01
Track

Use simple episode and pattern logs to capture what is actually happening.

02
Ground

Practice realistic response tools that can be used during high-stress moments.

03
Reframe

Review the data, adjust the plan, and identify what needs to change.

Best for

The 21-Day Reset is built for individuals, caregivers, and families in a high-stress stretch who need structure — not guessing.

  • Patterns that feel stuck, intense, or hard to understand in the moment
  • Nighttime episodes, panic spirals, behavioral escalation, repeated dysregulation, transition stress, or caregiver overwhelm
  • Families or clients who need data, support, and a reset plan — not more guessing
  • Clients needing more structure between regular services

Support with clear boundaries

The 21-Day Reset is behavioral support and data organization — not therapy, medical care, medication management, or crisis support. When something falls outside of scope, please consult a therapist, physician, prescriber, or emergency service.

Safety & Scope

This service does not replace therapy, medical care, crisis support, or medication management. The purpose is to organize behavioral data, strengthen response strategies, and help clients communicate patterns more clearly with their care team.

If there are unsafe thoughts, severe symptoms, chest pain, major breathing concerns, dangerous sedation, medication taken differently than prescribed, or medication mixed with alcohol/sedatives, use medical or crisis support before coping tools or routine messaging.
