Licensed user / agency
License is granted to the purchasing agency, clinic, school, or organization named at checkout.
Permitted uses
- Internal training
- Caregiver education
- On-site client support
- Staff reference
Prohibited uses
- Resale
- Public redistribution
- Use in paid courses, conferences, or products without written permission
- Editing or remixing without written permission
Printing permissions
Unlimited internal printing for use within the licensed agency.
Digital sharing limits
Files may be shared internally with staff. Files may not be posted on public-facing pages or shared drives accessible to non-staff.
No resale
Files may not be sold or bundled into paid products.
No redistribution
Files may not be shared outside the licensed agency.
No editing without permission
Logos, wording, and disclaimers must remain intact unless written permission is provided.
Logo customization terms
Approved customization is delivered by Spicy Behavioral Consulting through the customization request form.
Expiration
License is non-expiring for the licensed agency unless terminated for misuse.
